If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges. Shipping charges are non-Refundable.
If you would like to return or exchange a purchase, you must return the product in unused condition including accessories, original packaging, product manuals, warranties, and internal materials as shipped to you the customer within 30 days. If the product purchased included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned.
For Digital Cameras and Camcorders, returns may only be made within 10 DAYS of receiving the merchandise. All media items such as DVDs,CDs, Blu-ray Disc ,Movies, Music, Videos, Computer Software and All Platform Video Games must be returned unopened. Please note: defective computer software and opened pre-recorded DVDs and CDs may be exchanged for same title only. For health reasons, in-ear headphones and some personal care items that have been opened may only be exchanged if defective and for the same item.
We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
